What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash or cheque.
If I cancel my booking is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable.
What do I need to bring with me when I board my cat/dog with you?
Your vaccination card, any toys, treats, bedding and anything that will help to settle your cat/dog in.
Do you supply Bedding?
Yes, we supply plastic beds and blankets if required.
Can I drop off/collect out of hours?
Strictly by appointment only.
What if I'm home early or delayed?
If you're home early please contact us to arrange a new appointment to collect, you will be charged for the full time booked. If you are delayed let us know ASAP, if you can't contact us while out of the country contact us when you are back in the UK and we can arrange a new appointment, additional days will be charged.
What do you feed and can I bring my own food?
We supply good quality food, wet or dry, or you are welcome to bring your own food. There is no reduction in the boarding rate if you supply your own food.
Will you administer medications?
Yes, at no extra cost. We will require full instructions for administering medications.
Is my dog walked?
Yes all dogs are walked daily at no extra cost, as long as we can put a lead on them, they are walked in our Orchard.
What if my cat or dog becomes ill while boarding?
A vet is called at your expense.
Is someone on site all the time?
Yes, we live on site and also have 24hr cctv recording.
Will my dog/cat have human contact?
Yes, we love to make a fuss of our boarders and spend time with each and every one of them.
