Cattery and Kennels

Welcome to Dunclent Farm

The cattery and kennels are located right at the heart of the conservation award winning “Dunclent Farm” in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside in the peaceful parish of “Stone”, near to Kidderminster.

The farm has been run by us for more than four generations and the kennels and cattery have provided a very high standard of accomodation for over thirty years, we are fully licensed and inspected annually.

Information

Beds

Many dogs and cats prefer their own bedding, so we encourage you to bring something of their own to help settle them in and feel like they’re at home. Beds and bedding are provided for animals that don’t bring their own.

Feeding

Please bring your pets own food as a sudden change of diet upsets the digestive system we do have a small amount of quality dry and wet food in house at an extra cost.

Medical Cover

All pets must be fully vaccinated, and owners must produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate each time of arrival. Without this evidence, admission will be refused in order to protect other boarders.
HEALTH: In the case of a cat or dog becoming ill, a veterinary surgeon will be called on behalf of the owner. Vets fees are the responsibility of the owner and will be billed with the boarding fees. The proprietors shall be free from responsibility or claim in respect of the animal.

Payment

By cash, cheque or Bank Transfer on arrival. Please note we do not have a card machine.

By telephone 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Contact 01562 754964 or 07970 026604 or online by filling out the booking form there is also an online enquiry form for asking availability and any other questions you have.

Charges are at a daily rate. Partial days will be charged at the full daily rate.

The dates that are booked are the dates that will be charged. No refunds are given for cats or dogs brought in later or collected earlier than booked.

Cats or dogs will only be accepted for drop-off and collection BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between our opening hours, thus ensuring your cat or dog receives my undivided attention. Should you wish to change your appointment time please call first.

You are encouraged to introduce your cat or dog to their chalet quarters and make them cosy and comfortable before leaving them with total peace of mind.
