The cattery is set in a calm and tranquil setting well away from the kennels. The cats are housed in a homely brick converted barn that ensures it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter with heated beds. The accommodation has spacious pens with a full sized sneeze barrier between each unit, there is no direct contact between guests, only cats from the same household may share accommodation.

The boarding rates include bedding, and any heating required.
No reduction for part days.
Information
Feeding
Regular daily meals are strictly adhered to. Please bring your cat’s food and treats in a plastic tub with a measuring cup or bagged into individual meals with full feeding instructions so we can keep to your cats diet. This is to ensure we don’t upset your cat’s digestive system.
We can cater for raw food too.
Health
All cats must be fully vaccinated and owners must produce an up-to date vaccination certificate each time on arrival, without this evidence admission will be refused to protect our other boarders.
In the case of your cat becoming ill, a veterinary surgeon will be called on the behalf of the owner, vet fees are the responsibility of the owner and will be billed by the vet or on collection.
All cats boarding with us must have a current flea and wormer treatment.
Medication
Medication can be administered at an extra cost.
Cats with infectious/contagious conditions will be refused.
Vaccinations
Cats will not be accepted without an up-to-date vaccination certificate and must be immunised against cat flu, feline enteritis and preferably feline leukaemia.
Care/Attention
We also spend time fussing and loving your cat/s while here at Dunclent it is very important to us that your cat/s is happy and relaxed, for the shyer cat/s we also give them the time and space they need to feel at home and build up a friendship a little at a time.
Bedding
We recommend you bring a blanket and/or cushion, scratch post and toys from home this will help your cat feel at home when staying with us.
